APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Tooele

This is my first time ever living on my own and I gotta say I lucked out! The move in process was foreign to me but Ashlee and the staff walked me through every step of the way, anndw any questions I had. Overall the process was quick and easy. And oh my gosh are these apartments beautiful! I love the modern look and sleek appliances the floor plan makes sense and is optimal for prime space usage. Definitely pet friendly almost everyone I have seen walking around has 1-2 dogs and they are all super friendly which puts my mind at ease. I have a dog of my own who does well with others but my concern is always other dogs who might not be so nice. I have never feared for my pups safety while out on walks on the property. The views of the sunsets and mountains are absolutely stunning! Don’t get me started on my neighbors….so freakin sweet and friendly my downstairs neighbors are amazing and my neighbor across the hall are awesome and I look forward to meeting the rest of them when the opportunity arises. Oh! One last thing, the park right across the street is a great spot for some fetch with pup. Needless to say I and my pup are very happy here and plan to stay a while! ❤️

I'm a brand new resident but the office was great to work with in finding the perfect apartment for me and accommodating all my questions and concerns. The property is very well maintained and I'm looking forward to my stay here.

My fiancé and I looked for months to find a place to call home. I never had that "home" feeling until we found the Lex Apartments. The management team is reliable and helped us so much when applying for our apartment. They made no question feel like a dumb question and were willing to help us a million times with anything that didn't make sense. We cannot wait to continue making this place our home!

My wife and I really love this place we traveled 640 miles to be here and Ashlee was super helpful ! We highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill place to live with beautiful balcony views. The apartments are spacious the appliances are beautiful the rooms are big with amazing walk in closets! My husband and I enjoy the gym and can’t wait for the pool to open soon ! Definitely check them out you won’t regret it. : )

We have had a wonderful experience moving in! We traveled 640 miles to be here and Ashlee was a wonderful help on the phone we got all the information we needed and it was so easy! It's a beautiful place with wonderful amenities that we are very much enjoying. Highly recommend if you're looking for a chill place to live with beautiful balcony views.

Easy application process. Nice clean new apartments. Wish they had security peep holes in the front door though. So far everything is going great

When my mom and I were looking at places in Tooele to move to I just did a Google search and Lexington popped up first, I did some research and decided to call and ask some questions.. Ashley and Stacey both were super nice and let me ask any questions I had without making me feel like I was a bother to either of them.. My mom and I applied with our applications, that process in itself was super easy to do. Within 3 days of submitting our application we got the the green light that we were approved to move in. We were looking for a ground floor apartment and at the time we toured the 2nd time there were none available; however just our luck there was one available when we went to sign all the paperwork. Again Ashley and Stacy made us both feel welcomed, the move in process was so simple and easy to do. I was worried moving into an apartment complex that I would be watched 24/7 and told that I couldn't make my apartment feel like my home. But nope, it isn't like that at all. And the amenities that we get access to as residents is just over the top! If anyone is looking for a new home don't hesitant to come look at Lex Greens, you won't be disappointed!

Came from out of state, sight unseen, and have had a great move-in experience. They accommodated my inquiry for a mountain view and got a great rate for the apartment. Internet was super easy to connect to and the kitchen has plenty of space with new appliances. Only a few surface level things that I've noticed that I would change, but aren't deal breakers: the bathrooms don't have drawers, only cabinets so I have to get creative with the space; the master bathroom door swings right into the shower/tub and too close to the toilet which makes for an awkward layout; and there's no peephole for the entry door. Other than that, it's been a great experience so far!

Super smooth process. Came in for a tour and 2 days later I was completely moved in. Great customer service. Really enjoy living here!
