The management team is so nice and helpful with any questions you have, they made the move in process so easy and made us feel right at home! I love living here! The layout is so great and the bedrooms are really big! We had some problems with our garage disposal and light switches so when I requested to get them fixed the maintenance man came over quickly and fixed the problems. Such a great place!

Shoot… where do I start… moving itself is stressful especially being in the unknown if your house sale is going to go through or not but knowing if it does you need somewhere asap. Stacey and Ashley understood the assignment. They were so kind and understanding. They made this process…let’s say I never ended up in the fetal position questioning my choice to reside here. The whole transition has been a delight because of their understanding and kindness. Choosing the Lex was the best decision. The apartment itself is very spacious and clean. The whole atmosphere is inviting. I’m home.

My wife 5 children and I rent a 3 bedroom apartment and we live the amount of space, sense of community. And how well constructed the apartment complexes are We have been here about six months and recently I had a broken Fob for the gym and pool and they were wonderful about getting me a new one can honestly say it has been one of the best apartment complexes we have ever lived in. 100% would recommend to anyone looking at the Lex Apartments!

The complex is amazing. Apartments are very nice, great amenities and perks. The only thing that needs to be changed would be peep holes on the front doors and more light switches on the other side of the living room/kitchen areas.

The apartments are very new and nice, and I live the area! They just opened the pool which has been super nice! This is a great place to live. The management staff here is outstanding and goes above and beyond Maintenance addresses your concerns quickly and I will add the pool party they had for the residents yesterday was so much fun. This is my first time ever living on my own and I gotta say I lucked out! The move in process was foreign to me but Ashlee and the staff walked me through every step of the way, anndw any questions I had. Overall the process was quick and easy. And oh my gosh are these apartments beautiful! I love the modern look and sleek appliances the floor plan makes sense and is optimal for prime space usage. Definitely pet friendly almost everyone I have seen walking around has 1-2 dogs and they are all super friendly which puts my mind at ease. I have a dog of my own who does well with others but my concern is always other dogs who might not be so nice. I have never feared for my pups safety while out on walks on the property. The views of the sunsets and mountains are absolutely stunning! Don’t get me started on my neighbors….so freakin sweet and friendly my downstairs neighbors are amazing and my neighbor across the hall are awesome and I look forward to meeting the rest of them when the opportunity arises. Oh! One last thing, the park right across the street is a great spot for some fetch with pup. Needless to say I and my pup are very happy here and plan to stay a while! ❤️

This is a great place to live. The complex manager Ashlee is outstanding. Head maintenence guy Michael is outstanding. The problem I have is that the residents here are very unfriendly. I can say hi to them and they don't even acknowledge me. I have never Lived in such a hostile environment.

When my mom and I were looking at places in Tooele to move to I just did a Google search and Lexington popped up first, I did some research and decided to call and ask some questions.. Ashley and Stacey both were super nice and let me ask any questions I had without making me feel like I was a bother to either of them.. My mom and I applied with our applications, that process in itself was super easy to do. Within 3 days of submitting our application we got the the green light that we were approved to move in. We were looking for a ground floor apartment and at the time we toured the 2nd time there were none available; however just our luck there was one available when we went to sign all the paperwork. Again Ashley and Stacy made us both feel welcomed, the move in process was so simple and easy to do. I was worried moving into an apartment complex that I would be watched 24/7 and told that I couldn't make my apartment feel like my home. But nope, it isn't like that at all. And the amenities that we get access to as residents is just over the top! If anyone is looking for a new home don't hesitant to come look at Lex Greens, you won't be disappointed!

Came from out of state, sight unseen, and have had a great move-in experience. They accommodated my inquiry for a mountain view and got a great rate for the apartment. Internet was super easy to connect to and the kitchen has plenty of space with new appliances. Only a few surface level things that I've noticed that I would change, but aren't deal breakers: the bathrooms don't have drawers, only cabinets so I have to get creative with the space; the master bathroom door swings right into the shower/tub and too close to the toilet which makes for an awkward layout; and there's no peephole for the entry door. Other than that, it's been a great experience so far!

I'm mostly happy with this place. I got an amazing deal off the bat, the office staff is very helpful and available, the prices are better than what I was expecting for the place I got. The only few issues I have are 1. No doorbell. I'm hoping they will add this later, it is a new building. 2. Internet port on couch side not tv side of the wall. I talked to them about this hopefully they will fix this in the newer buildings. 3. No light switch coming from the bedroom to the living room, a small oversight but I got a mountable wall light to compensate. Other than that these are very nice apartments and a good price

Super clean and lays in a great community. Fast response from Ashlee, getting you into a home fast and efficiently. It took 24 hours to get into a home, so I couldn't ask for better service. Huge thanks to management! I took a couple of photos of the model apartment to get an idea of what it looks like inside. Love the double sinked bathroom countertops as well!
