4.9 | Lex Apartment Homes have been a wonderful place to live in thus far. The leasing agents / mananger are excellent at communicating clear and in good time. They do their best to work through any situation with tenants. They host community events to bring people together. They have been super friendly and as helpful as they can. It is a drastic change from the apartment community I left behind, and I am very happy to say - as well as confident - that thus far I am pleased with the choice I made to move here. I look forward to seeing what the rest of the year holds while living at Lex Apartment Homes.

My husband and I decided to make the move from California to Utah and the Lex Apartments are the perfect fit for us. Ashlee was so helpful with all of my questions and got back to me quickly when applying. We are so happy to be starting our new adventure at such a great location with such amazing and attentive staff. :)

This is my first time ever living on my own and I gotta say I lucked out! The move in process was foreign to me but Ashlee and the staff walked me through every step of the way, anndw any questions I had. Overall the process was quick and easy. And oh my gosh are these apartments beautiful! I love the modern look and sleek appliances the floor plan makes sense and is optimal for prime space usage. Definitely pet friendly almost everyone I have seen walking around has 1-2 dogs and they are all super friendly which puts my mind at ease. I have a dog of my own who does well with others but my concern is always other dogs who might not be so nice. I have never feared for my pups safety while out on walks on the property. The views of the sunsets and mountains are absolutely stunning! Don’t get me started on my neighbors….so freakin sweet and friendly my downstairs neighbors are amazing and my neighbor across the hall are awesome and I look forward to meeting the rest of them when the opportunity arises. Oh! One last thing, the park right across the street is a great spot for some fetch with pup. Needless to say I and my pup are very happy here and plan to stay a while! ❤️

I'm a brand new resident but the office was great to work with in finding the perfect apartment for me and accommodating all my questions and concerns. The property is very well maintained and I'm looking forward to my stay here.

My fiancé and I looked for months to find a place to call home. I never had that "home" feeling until we found the Lex Apartments. The management team is reliable and helped us so much when applying for our apartment. They made no question feel like a dumb question and were willing to help us a million times with anything that didn't make sense. We cannot wait to continue making this place our home!

My wife and I really love this place we traveled 640 miles to be here and Ashlee was super helpful ! We highly recommend if you’re looking for a chill place to live with beautiful balcony views. The apartments are spacious the appliances are beautiful the rooms are big with amazing walk in closets! My husband and I enjoy the gym and can’t wait for the pool to open soon ! Definitely check them out you won’t regret it. : )
